Charlotte – Treatment Coordinator
Charlotte greets all new patients and welcomes them to our practice. She assists Dr. Snead with the new patient exams and helps make orthodontics financially possible with a variety of payment plans. Her bright and friendly personality makes everyone more comfortable, and they always look forward to seeing her.
Charlene – Clinical Assistant
Charlene has 28 years of experience in orthodontics,5 years in oral surgery and 3 years in general dentistry. She is in charge of keeping up with the necessary OSHA requirements, cleaning and stocking the clinical area and decorating. She is certainly qualified to answer all your questions and is happy to do so. You will find Charlene always smiling. Ask her about her about her grandchildren, Caroline (Punkindoodle), Garrett, Drew, Harrison,Butler and Liam.
Brenda – Clinical Coordinator
Brenda has been with Dr. Snead for 15 years but has 20 years of previous experience in orthodontics. She has her certification in both clinical assisting and radiology. Her main responsibilities as Clinical Coordinator are to smoothly operate the clinical area. She also inventories all the clinical supplies and orders all items necessary for a well-organized practice. Dr. Snead relies heavily on Brenda for her vast knowledge of the orthodontic field. Ask her about her cat, Savanna.
Cindy – Front Desk/Clinical Assistant
Cindy has been with Dr. Snead for 34 years. She’s certified in orthodontics and radiology. She enjoys spending time with her younger son Bryan, her oldest son Jason and her two grandchildren Taylor (2) and Emery (5). Her tremendous knowledge of orthodontics and great personality are a great attribute to our office. You may find her working the front desk, or assisting Dr. Snead in the clinic.
Veronica – Financial Coordinator
Veronica has 11 years experience in the dental field. She also has7 years experience with software systems. Veronica is in charge of the financial arrangements for your orthodontic treatment. If you have any questions regarding your account, or insurance benefits, she will be happy to help you! Her son, Tyler, is very involved with baseball. Her daughter, Chasalyn, is involved in competitive cheerleading.
Tracy – Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Tracy has 27 years in the orthodontic and dental field. She is a certified dental and orthodontic assistant as well as having her radiology certification. When she is not assisting the doctor she stays busy updating our website, our facebook page, external marketing and getting involved with our local schools and community. She loves finding ways our office can make a positive difference in the lives of our patients and the community. When not in the office,Tracy enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, Kaley and Karson.
Gay- Records Technician/Lab Technician
Gay has been in dentistry for 20 years and was here for eight years before taking alittle time off for herself. We are so blessed she has returned home. She has a beautiful daughter at Florida State and a son who is a junior at Lincoln. Her family also includes 2 English bulldogs and 2 Siamese cats. You may have the pleasure of meeting Gay on your two most exciting days of Orthodontics: 1. The day you start your journey into braces 2. The day we uncover your amazing new smile! When you don't see Gay in the clinic, she can be found in the lab working her magic making your retainers!
Maria-Clinical Assistant/Lab Technician/Bi-lingual Translator
Maria has 5 years general dentistry experience and 20 years of orthodontic experience. Maria has been with us 5 years and we are so blessed to have her. She is such a great assest to our team. She is bi-lingual in Spanish and does a wonderful job helping translating for our patients and their famlies. She also is part of our lab team busy making retainers when not out in clinic putting smiles on our patients faces! She is happily married and has a beautiful niece and nephew in Texas that she goes home to see as often as possible!
